[382] 315 The RCSE recommends the explicit incorporation of standards (such as training and CPD) into contracts of employment: `Q. Do I take it from that that the College would in fact support the inclusion in terms of contracts of employment, contractual terms which required consultants to maintain CPD, CME, according to terms of the Royal Colleges' schemes? `A. The College would support that 100 per cent.' [383]
